Where is My Order?

  • It can take between 1-4 business days (not including weekends and national holidays) for us to prepare a package for international delivery.

  • Once your order ships, you will be sent an auto-email containing tracking information.

  • To track your order, please click on the link at the top of the page: Where’s my order?

  • If there has been no update on the tracking information for more than 5 business days, please let us know so that we can open an investigation.

  • The investigation to locate a package may take up to two weeks.

  • If for any reason it is determined the parcel is lost in transit you will be issued a full refund.

How can I return an item?

  • Kindly send the items back to us within 14 days of receiving your order via any trackable courier service you choose. Remember to keep the courier receipt with tracking and weight for future reference.

  • It’s important to note that you’ll need to cover the cost to send items back to us if they do not suit your requirements so please shop around for the best courier that suits your budget. This includes, and is not limited to, items that do not fit, not suitable, selected the wrong item, incorrect sizing, not same as on the website or more than 1 item ordered.

  • We’d prefer that you used the original packaging if it’s not been thrown away yet but if not, then simply pack the items safe and sound in any suitable material to prevent them from being damaged in transit.


  • When returning items, we’ll need a copy of the order sheet which came with your order and if you don't have your order sheet anymore, then you can simply provide a letter within your returning parcel and include your order number, your name, address and telephone number.

  • Please note that we do not accept returns on any underwear or swimwear items at any time due to hygiene reasons if the hygiene sticker has been removed from the garments and if they are not in their original packaging with labels intact. 

What Happens When We Get It:


  • Once the tracking provided by your courier has confirmed delivery of the parcel, returns are generally processed by our returns team within 3-5 working days.

  • Return items which are processed for refund will include their relevant P&P fee from the original order.

  • As soon as the returns team have finished processing all items within the parcel, we’ll send a final email update with a full summary of your return parcel.


How long does it take to process returns?

  • Returns are typically processed within 3-5 working days from the delivery date confirmed by your courier and you'll always receive an email update once your returns have been processed.


What if I do not have my packing slip/invoice?

  • Kindly supply a cover note including your order number, full name, address and a list of returning items for us to process your returns quickly and efficiently, as parcels can be held or rejected by the returns department and not processed if the received parcel cannot be identified.


What if I do not have the original packaging?

  • Simply pack your items securely in any packaging material suitable baring in mind parcel's may be rejected if returned damaged due to unsecure packaging.


Return Policy Violations

  • If items are not returned in accordance with our returns policy, the items will be returned to you. This includes the following reasons but is not limited to these:


  • The items were returned outside of our returns period.

  • Reported as "Faulty" but no faults were found.
